Sometimes, you find yourself unable to decide what’s going on in life. Every other person you meet, every other thing you feel, every other place you visit and every other day you live. You find them all uninteresting, unnecessary and un-meaningful. Days come, days go and go on. Nothing changes. Is that life? Surely, you never expected your life to be like this someday. But the reality is apparently different than your dreams. And you find no other way.

Don’t allow pathetic thoughts

What can you do in such a situation? Will your life be moving in same way forever? No… absolutely not. But you will have to make a few adjustments in your thoughts, action and life. Start with yourself, your mind and your thoughts. The main reason for this kind of situation of yours is you, yourself. In the first place why are you thinking that your life so much pathetic? Are you comparing your life with glamorous life stories of other people?

Secondly, are all the goody-goody stories that they are telling or you are listening are really true and told honestly with good intention? Not everything they tell you is true. By the way, even if any damn other story is true, that is none of your business. Always remember this. Whether their current life is better or worse than yours, everyone has to face their share of struggle in life. People may suffer more or less than their counterparts, but no life is perfect.

Be positive: Life is perfect!

It can never be. Every life has its own story and its own share of struggle. So, believe me, the first thing you have to do is to control your mind and manage your thoughts. Take everything life gives to you in positive ways. Allow only positive thoughts in your mind, close doors of your mind for negative thoughts, people and vibes. Further, save your energy for more constructive things – what you want to do, who you want to be and where you want to go.

Suffering of other people in this world is far more than yours. If you have courage, allow yourself to see them, so that you can realize this fact. There is a need to change your mind-set. You must welcome the change in your thoughts. You must allow change in your life and also others’. Moreover, you must be the change, yourself. By this way, you will see your life totally with a totally different lens. You will say yourself, hold on, everything is fine.
