Today I’m talking about the benefits of walking for older women (and everyone else). It’s the best cardio exercise for weight loss after menopause and overall good health, especially when you walk outside. So whether you have a few pounds to lose or need a positive mood boost, I hope this video motivates you to go outside and take a walk!
